ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA & APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS



  • Open to all Public Sector Staff A (AG / PDRM / UPM / UITM), Sector B (State Government), Sector C (Institute / Commission / GLC) & Sector D (Council / Board / Corporation / University)
  • Serves TETAP & has served 6 months (Sector A) while Sector B, C & D is 1 year and above.
  • 20 to 58 years old (PDRM 20 - 55)
  • Minimum Fixed Income RM1500 (Basic + Fixed Allowance)
  • Deduction Eligibility is only 60%
  • Monthly deduction through the Space Bureau.
  • Membership fee is as low as RM20 only.
  • Subordinate General Assistants, Guards, Guides, Operations Assistants are also eligible to apply.
  • Some CCRISS / CTOS accounts are also eligible to apply. **
  • Outside PAYSLIP commitment is not taken into consideration.
  • Minimum Financing RM 2500 (Sabah & Sarawak) & RM 3000 (Peninsula)
  • Maximum Financing between RM 100,000 and RM 150,000 ***
  • Can open a new financing account WITHOUT having to pay for your old financing account
  • KEMAS Contract employees who work 2 years and above are eligible to apply
  • Low annual fixed rate of profit

** The number of CTOS accounts does not exceed 20k.
*** Maximum financing amount over RM 150,000 may be considered (For existing customers)
